About Evoxatech
Evoxatech is a US-registered engineering studio. We build AI agents that do your team’s repetitive work — with a human approving every action, running on infrastructure you control.

AI products built and operated
Optivizio and Kreova are live, self-serve products with paying customers. We run what we ship — on-call included.
Why we exist
Evoxatech grew out of eight years of full-stack engineering and two AI products we had to keep alive ourselves. Running Optivizio and Kreova taught us the part most agencies never touch: what an AI system looks like in month three, when the data has drifted and the edge cases nobody wrote down start arriving.
It is why we build the way we build. Every agent proposes an action and a person approves it. Every system lands on infrastructure you control, with audit logs, monitoring and a rollback path. And every engagement starts by watching how the work is actually done by hand — including the “well, it depends” moments that never make it into anyone’s documentation.
Anyone can demo. The question is who monitors it in month four.
We are a small studio by design. There is no account manager to be handed to after the contract is signed, and the person who scoped your system is the person who ships it.
What we believe
Every agent we build drafts an action and waits for a person to approve it. Autonomy is a dial the client turns up when the approval numbers earn it — never a leap of faith on day one.
We run open-weight models on your cloud, your VPS, or a server we manage for you. When privacy, data residency or token volume demands it, nothing has to leave your perimeter.
We sit with the person doing the work, document every rule including the exceptions, and automate that. Unglamorous, concrete — and the reason our builds work where generic tools fail.
Auth, audit logs, monitoring, rollback, and an interface an operator will happily use six hours a day. The same standard we hold our own products to.
By the numbers
8 yrs
of full-stack engineering
The base layer under every build — auth, pipelines, integrations, infrastructure, and the parts nobody demos.

products in production
Optivizio and Kreova — built by us, operated by us, with paying customers and real on-call.
100%
human-approved at launch
Every agent starts with a person reviewing each action. Autonomy only expands on evidence.
Who you work with
Evoxatech is led by Natanael Exe, the engineer behind both products. On larger builds, trusted contractors join under one direction — but the person who scoped your system stays on it, from the audit through to the retainer.
That is a deliberate constraint. It is why we disqualify fast, price fixed, and keep the number of concurrent engagements small. You are not buying a bench of developers; you are buying one engineer’s judgment.
The evidence

A Labs demo of the Knowledge Agent pattern: upload a document set, ask questions, and get answers cited back to the exact source passage.

A Labs demo of the Workflow Agent pattern: messy customer emails in, structured data out, and a human approval queue in the middle that you can drive yourself.

A Labs demo you can talk to. It answers questions about Evoxatech and books a discovery call straight into the calendar.
Six questions, two minutes. If it is a fit, the next step is a 30-minute call — and the five-day audit shows you the numbers before you commit to anything.
