Why we built it

Email is where work goes to be retyped. Inbox to Action demos a workflow agent reading inbound mail, extracting what matters, and filing the result where it belongs — the pattern behind half our client work.

The problem

Order and request intake by email is the most common manual workflow in small business, and the hardest to show in a slide. People need to see the approval step to believe it.

The approach

A simulated inbox of realistic, messy emails. The agent extracts structured fields from each, scores its own confidence, and drafts the downstream action. You land in the approval queue as the operator and decide what ships.
